The Community Arts Council is partnering with a local artist Kalin McDowell to offer a free family-friendly activity during Port Day, inside the Grove Gallery workshop space. Young artists will use found garbage with plaster to mould and decorate small sculptures in a nautical theme.
Port Day is a family-friendly event hosted by the Port Alberni Port Authority. It’s an event with fun family-friendly activities, food/drinks, and live entertainment. It’s a great opportunity to engage with our local waterfront community and learn more about the maritime industry. We look forward to seeing you dockside for a fantastic day of learning and fun! 🌊🚢
